Loaf of Life Beginnings:

 

Loaf of Life began in my heart from the heart of God to bring His comfort and healing to those devastated by the loss of a loved one.  I've been baking bread for over thirty years. About fifteen years ago my son (Scott) suggested the "Loaf of Life" name.  God inspired me in a dream to design a blessing bookmark to include with each beautifully wrapped loaf.

 

I am a pastor's wife and have shared Loaf of Life to offer Jesus' Love to all who will receive it.  Eight years ago I wrote my testimony about how God reached down to my family following the death of my three-year-old sister, Cindy. "A Voice for Cindy" was created into a little booklet that is now included with the bread.   It was also made into a beautiful YouTube slide show.  Click below to view:

Since 2003, over two thousand "Loaf of Life" packages have been delivered to family, friends, congregations, and strangers on the street!  

 

My brother-in-law, Ted Varner, suggested I begin to offer "Loaf of Life" via social media. My precious husband Gregg said, "go for it."  My sweet sister, Kellie Good offered to help design this website.

 

Folks can now order Loaf of Life (much like flowers) and have it delivered to bring the comfort of bread and words of love and testimony to hurting hearts.

I pray that as you enjoy & share this bread, God will bring healing and health to your body and spirit. I pray that you will receive the Lord's abundant blessings and will experience Jesus' beautiful presence powerfully in your life and the lives of your loved ones.
